When we have an idea, our engineers and tool makers get on the floor and start machining, printing and molding prototypes. This allows Cross Industries to design for manufacturing during the product design phase as well as preemptively organize production manufacturing methods. Many of our employees work in multiple departments to better their knowledge in all things relating to the product while bringing a high level of satisfaction and responsibility to their work.

At Cross Industries, our tool makers blend old world craftsmanship with new world technology to build our robust injection molds, QC and assembly fixtures, robot end of arm tooling, prototypes, and anything else required for our first class manufacturing operation
Our state of the art injection molding operation utilizes the finest all electric molding machines with a host of robots and auxiliary units to give the best shot to shot repeatability, allowing us to build extensive quality control into the manufacturing process. Skilled in scientific molding, our crew knows how to handle the latest engineering resins and ensure the last part is the same as the first part off the line.
Quality is paramount to Cross Industries. Quality starts with the very initial phase of product development and is focused on during every step of our manufacturing processes.
Where other companies outsource, Cross Industries executes internally. Our 100% in house manufacturing allows us to directly focus on and control every detail. The result is an emphasis on quality and control all the way through the design, machining, mold making, and injection molding processes.
Through each stage of manufacturing, our products are measured and scrutinized for dimensional conformity, undergo constant analysis of molding parameters, and are visually inspected for surface defects. Once parts pass our stringent standards and are released, they head to the assembly department where they undergo several more quality checks during the assembly process before they are packaged and shipped to distributors around the world.
